This September, we’re bringing the luxury single-malt whisky to Admiral Club Manila Bay. In partnership with The Macallan, enjoy a night of pairing with this most sought-after whisky and well-crafted set dinner prepared by Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery’s Executive Chef and Maître Cuisinier de France Cyrille Soenen.
The degustation will be enjoyed even better at Admiral Club Manila Bay, the hotel’s unique rooftop dining destination located at the 9th level with a great bay view and ambience. The Macallan Brand Ambassador Hans Eckstein, will walk guests through the journey of discovering the types of whiskies being served on the night. Chef Cyrille Soenen, will also be speaking about his delectable selection of dishes to be paired with The Macallan Double cask 12YO, The Macallan Double Cask 15YO, The Macallan Double Cask 18YO, and The Macallan Rare Cask.
The menu includes Marble of Périgord duck liver terrine with Japanese roasted unagi Aspic of Peking duck consommé, ‘torched’ butter brioche, and hoisin sauce, US ‘CAB’ prime striploin grilled in Josper grill with duck fat confit, red cabbage and Gratin of sweet potatoes with aged cheddar, red wine and mushroom sauce, and Auro dark chocolate and whisky ganache Pecan sponge cake.
