Admiral Hotel’s signature culinary campaign, The Admiral’s Travels, will bring to life the 2nd stop of this journey. Taste of Korea will be featuring signature Korean-inspired homecooked dishes by Chef Lily Min, Korean cuisine specialist and Hansik instructor at the Korean Cultural Center (KCC) in Metro Manila. From May 8 to 31, 2025, guest can savor Chef Lily Min’s creations during our lunch and dinner buffet at Admiral Club Manila Bay.

The Admiral’s Travels is Admiral Hotel’s signature culinary campaign, taking inspiration from Admiral Club’s story, where the Admiral brings his global explorations back home and reinterprets through his dining ateliers. As the only hotel in Manila recommended by the MICHELIN Guide 2024 and 2025, we endeavor to elevate the gastronomic experience of our guests by bringing to Manila exceptional culinary artisans.
